Why we built this
Independent filmmakers pour their lives into their work. They win festivals, move audiences, and tell stories that major studios won’t touch. But when it comes to distribution, the system is stacked against them. Rights grabs, exclusivity traps, opaque revenue models, and platforms that bury indie titles under a mountain of licensed blockbusters.
Fylm TV is the platform we wanted to exist. A place where independent films are the entire point — not an afterthought. Where filmmakers keep their rights, earn real revenue, and get their work in front of audiences who genuinely want to discover it.
We’re in pre-launch right now, with over 90 films already submitted and a community of 18,000+ filmmakers, cinephiles, and advocates. The streaming library is coming. The infrastructure is being built the right way.
