The technical and legal materials a distributor requires to release your film.

Deliverables are the complete set of technical assets and legal documents required by a distributor or broadcaster before they can release your film. Technical deliverables typically include a DCP, ProRes or MXF master file, closed captions, audio stems, and trailer files. Legal deliverables include chain of title documents, E&O insurance certificates, music cue sheets, and cast and crew contracts.
